Privacy Policy — Humble Squats

Humble Squats does not collect any data.

This policy covers the Humble Squats iPhone and Apple Watch app specifically. It is separate from the general Humble Media privacy policy because Humble Squats collects less than our other apps: it collects nothing at all.

No network requests 📵

The app makes no network requests. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no remote configuration, and no advertising. It behaves identically with no internet connection at all.

What the app stores, and where 📱

Your reminder schedule and your history of completed and skipped breaks are stored on your device. If you use the Apple Watch app, a copy of that information is synced between your own iPhone and your own Apple Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. It does not pass through any server.

Deleting the app removes this information.

What leaves your device 🔒

Nothing, unless you tap a link. The app contains links that open in your browser: the DOI for each study cited in “Why squats?”, the Humble Media website, this policy, our support page, and the App Store page if you choose to leave a rating. Following any of those is an ordinary web request made by your browser, not by the app.

Purchases 💳

Humble Squats is a paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscription. Your purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Children 🧒

The app collects nothing from anyone, including children.

We might update this policy. We’ll always be transparent about any changes.
