Privacy Policy — Humble Habits

Last Updated: October 2026

Humble Habits does not collect any data.

This policy covers the Humble Habits iPhone app and its widgets specifically. It is separate from the general Humble Media privacy policy because Humble Habits collects less than our other apps: it collects nothing at all.

No network requests

The app makes no network requests. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no remote configuration, and no advertising. Sounds are made on your phone or come inside the app; nothing streams. It behaves identically with no internet connection at all.

Nothing measures you

Humble Habits does not read HealthKit, your heart rate, your sleep, or anything else about your body, and it never asks you to rate how you feel.

What the app stores, and where

Your settings (nudge times, the practices you have switched on, Calm Now preferences) and your pause log (when you paused and which practice you did) are stored on your device, where the app’s own widgets can read them. They do not pass through any server.

You can erase the pause log at any time in Settings. Deleting the app removes all of this information.

Nudges, Siri and Shortcuts

Nudges are notifications scheduled on your phone by iOS. No push service is involved.

If you start Calm Now or a sound with Siri or Shortcuts, Apple handles that request under Apple’s own privacy policy. The app only receives the action to perform.

What leaves your device

Nothing, unless you tap a link. The About screen links to Humble Squats on the App Store. Following it is an ordinary request made by the App Store app, not by Humble Habits.

Purchases

Humble Habits is a paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscription. Your purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Children

The app collects nothing from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We might update this policy. We’ll always be transparent about any changes.
